Q: Is this jewelry real?

A. No, but we do use the finest metals & CZ diamonds!

 

Q: Will my fashion jewelry tarnish?

A: As long as you do not bath, sweat, or rub chemicals onto your fashion jewelry and maintain proper care for your fashion jewelry, it can be worn for up to two years.

 

Q: How do I know if I'm allergic to the jewelry?

A: In case of an allergic reaction, please remove fashion jewelry IMMEDIATELY. Also, please understand we, ICY INDULGENCE are not responsible for any person's allergies. We do our best to only use hypoallergenic & nickel free materials. Please use fashion jewelry at your own risk!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Items in store may be requested for pick-up within 48hrs, or shipped out within 24hrs, delivered by USPS e-packet with tracking number.

The time frame for custom order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer  processes the orders, & ships to us  which takes an additional 7–14 business days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 21-30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet,  which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 14 business days to arrive to us & 3-5 business days to arrive to you. Our delivery estimate is 14-21 business days for all custom items to arrive at their destination but can take longer due to COVID-19.
